Shipping & Return Policy (Physical Goods)

Disclaimer: All Vex Cheats physical products are shipped from our factory in China. Customers may be required to pay customs/import fees; these are the customer’s responsibility.

1) Received or In-Transit Products

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if unused, unmodified, original firmware retained, and all accessories/documentation included.
• Buyer bears shipping and customs duties.
• Payments via PayPal/Credit Card incur a 6% deduction by the bank; cryptocurrency payments incur a 5% deduction by the trading platform.
• Video proof of the returned item’s packaging is required.
• Upon arrival, items may be inspected. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 working days.

2) Unshipped Products

• Refund handling fee: 6% (PayPal/Credit Card) or 5% (cryptocurrency).
• If the order has shipped, the “Received or In-Transit” rules apply.

No Returns Accepted For

• Malicious damage (e.g., firmware modification).
• Buyer’s computer incompatibility with the device.
• Hardware damage due to failure to follow instructions.
• Intentional refusal of goods upon delivery.
